On September 19, 2009, from 10:00am – 12:00pm, Rener Gracie will be teaching a Master Cycle seminar in Edmond, Oklahoma. The focus of the seminar will be mount control and submission strategies against a skilled opponent (Master Cycle – Chapter 1 of 7). The first portion of the seminar will be dedicated to learning the most important mount control strategies. The second portion will be dedicated to learning the most reliable submission series from the mount (no-gi). The final segment of the seminar will be dedicated to Rapid Mastery Drills – specific training exercises of varying intensity levels designed to increase retention of the newly learned techniques.
